Return Process

  Ensure the garments are in their original condition with all artisan tags, labels, and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return package.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our workshop verifies the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange item will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
