We typically ship orders within 2-3 business days. Domestic deliveries usually arrive within 5-7 business days, while international shipping may take 10-15 business days depending on the destination.
How do I ensure I am selecting the correct size?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our chart, as handmade garments may have slight variations in fit compared to mass-produced clothing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that customized or sale items are final sale.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
We strive to display our colors as accurately as possible. However, because our fabrics are often hand-dyed and screen settings vary, there might be a slight difference in the actual shade you receive.
How should I care for my Kaisori garments?
To preserve the integrity of our hand-crafted fabrics, we recommend dry cleaning for the first wash. Subsequent washes should be done by hand in cold water with a mild detergent, drying in the shade.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. For domestic orders within specific regions, Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.
